Yavapai Men's Basketball Forward Ryan Vischer Commits to Roosevelt University

PRESCOTT, Ariz. (May 28, 2026)

The Roosevelt University men's basketball program has added frontcourt size and experience with the commitment of Yavapai College forward Ryan Vischer.

Vischer, a 7-foot forward from Phoenix, Arizona, spent two seasons at Yavapai, developing into a steady contributor for the Roughriders. During the 2025-26 season, he appeared in 23 games, providing interior presence, rim protection, while continuing to grow his role within the program.

"Ryan is someone who was with us for two years and represented our program the right way every day," said Yavapai head coach Kevon Davis. "He is an excellent student and an even better person. He showed steady growth on and off the court during his time here, and we are proud of what he accomplished at Yavapai. We are excited to see him continue his career at Roosevelt University."

Roosevelt University, located in Chicago, Illinois, competing at the NCAA Division II level as part of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
